Mission
To promote research on the organization, dynamics and function of genomes through interactions between researchers located mainly in CSIC Centers and National Centers in order to position CSIC internationally as a leading institution in addressing challenges relevant to society.
Objectives
To create a network of researchers with complementary specializations that will allow CSIC to successfully address the GENOME challenge.
Strengthen the international positioning of CSIC, promoting the participation of researchers in competitive calls for proposals.
Contribute to attracting talent to CSIC
Contribute to the training of Conexión Genoma researchers.
Transfer to society the knowledge generated in the Conexión Genoma.
