Fostering new vocations
Conexión Genoma carries out different initiatives to attract and promote young talent, fostering new vocations. Human capital is the greatest asset that the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) possesses. Science is constantly changing and for this reason the CSIC employs a series of mechanisms to attract the most valuable research and technical personnel that allow this institution to be a leader in the fields of research within the thematic area of this HUB, becoming an international benchmark. JAE Intro scholarchips
The JAE Intro programme offers grants at CSIC centres (CSIC-owned, mixed or partner units) aimed at university students interested in starting a research career.

Researchers exchange program
Stays for pre- and post-doctoral researchers, among the groups of Conexión Genoma.
Program ATRAE-GENOMA
Attraction of young postdoctoral researchers and independent researchers to Conexión Genoma institutes.

Mentoring program
Mentoring programs with the objective of bringing young researchers into contact with CSIC research personnel, facilitating their adaptation and professional integration.
